Shipping – By Ground
At LuckyKids, orders above $500 ship for free if shipped by ground within the continental United States. (Please note: A few items that require special handling or are oversized will have a required shipping surcharge. The amount of this surcharge will be clearly stated on the product page, so there will be no surprises at checkout.). Orders below $500 are charged as follows:

Orders are generally shipped by either UPS or Fed Ex Ground, and are typically processed in 1 - 5 business days. Ground delivery typically takes an additional 2 - 7 business days. (Therefore, Ground deliveries typically take 3 - 12 business days from the date of your order.) Processing times and delivery dates for ground shipments are not guaranteed. Also, please note that some items ship directly from manufacturers' warehouses, which allow us to keep our prices and your costs as low as possible. Depending on what items are ordered, your shipment may arrive in multiple boxes and on different days.

Express Shipping: 2-4 Days
For quicker deliveries, LuckyKids offers an expedited service which guarantees arrival in 4 business days.*
Your cost of Expedited Shipping is determined using the UPS Worldship® system. Rates will vary depending on the ship-to location, shipping weight, and shipping size.
If an expedited shipment arrives after the 4th business day*, we will refund the difference between cost of the expedited service, and ground service as calculated by the UPS Worldship® system.
* Please note that orders received after 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time may not be processed that same day. Therefore, orders placed after this time may arrive on the 5th business.
Confirmation of the respective shipping costs will be given to you before you finalize your order.

LuckyKids also offers a less expensive expedited service which guarantees arrival in 5 business days.*

Order Confirmations
When you place an order, you will receive an order number when the ordering is completed. In addition, you will receive a confirmation by email. However, certain ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and spam filters block email from unknown parties, and as a result, occasionally confirmations do not reach customers. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email, please email or call us for confirmation.

Tracking numbers are sent to the same email address as Order Confirmations, and are emailed after shipment.

Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your order, please be sure to email or phone us with your request. Until you receive a confirmation of cancellation in writing, you should assume the order is in our system and being processed. IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT leave a voice mail message to request a cancellation. Rather, if you are unable to reach a live representative by phone or chat, please email your request and be sure to use the word "cancel" in the subject line.

Other Information
P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at present.
Canada: Unfortunately, presently we cannot ship to Canada.
Alaska & Hawaii: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent by air. When checking out, your rate will be calculated based on the weight of your order, and your ship-to zip code.
APO/FPO Addresses: We regret that we are not shipping to these locations at present.
Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping costs back to the warehouse, and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the respective shipment.
If you are shipping a gift, please inform the recipient that a package has been sent so that the delivery will not be refused. If a package is returned to us we will have to bill the purchaser for all related shipping charges.
Unable to deliver: If a package is returned to LuckyKids or one of its vendors due to an inability of UPS, Fed Ex or another shipper to obtain a signature or the equivalent for delivery *, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost, If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will still be responsible for the actual shipping cost and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process.
* Many items will not require a signature for delivery. However, some will. If a product requires a signature for delivery, this will be indicated on the respective product page.
Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to LuckyKids or one of its vendors due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will still be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process.

Return Policy
Unless otherwise indicated (some items may not be returned, as noted on the respective product page), you may return an item within 30 days as long as the item is returned in the same mint condition and in the original packaging as received. (If ordered in November, you will be able to arrange for a return through the end of the year.)
If you do not wish to keep the item you purchased you must e-mail or call us to obtain a Return Authorization "RA" number. Once we issue an RA number, it will be valid for 10 business days only. All returns without an RA number may be refused and returned to sender.
When returning a package, you must make the return to the address we specify at your shipping expense. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as the cost of shipping and handling. If you return merchandise for a refund that qualified you for free shipping, you will be charged the actual shipping and handling costs of the original shipment. Therefore, your refund will equal the amount of the order less 15%, less the actual cost of shipping and handling. For your protection, please provide us with the tracking number of your package. Otherwise, if the package is lost in transit, we will be unable to track the package and unable to issue a credit.

In Stock / Backordered Items
LuckyKids makes every reasonable effort to post accurate information about the availability of each item and the date when backordered items will become available. However, for items that are shipped by the respective manufacturers, the information on the site is only as current as the most recent report provided by the manufacturers (which in most cases is daily), and occasionally there is a lag between posted and actual status.

Security
LuckyKids.com site is secured by an SSL certificate issued by Comodo, which uses 1024 bit RSA encryption during the entire checkout process, including transmission of personal information and credit card numbers. This means that all personal data is encrypted for transmission and can only be viewed by LuckyKids.com’s e-commerce server. Anyone trying to intercept data during transfer would only capture gibberish. Customers can verify this information by looking for the little "lock" icon on the bottom of their browser during checkout. When the lock is closed, that means that all transmissions are encrypted. You can double-click on the lock to get the details of the certificate and verify its validity.
